Ominous Cloud provides a soothing shower of refreshing beats that will certainly put your mind at ease.
Thru broken beats, triphop, spoken word and chilling downtempo rhythms, Ominous Cloud’s 1st official album Apple-S The Children sets its listeners on a thought provoking journey. Sometimes reflective, sometimes filled with melancholy, and at other time filled with hope.


Each song stands on its own , yet still carries the overall theme of the album. Some of my favorites include “Punchin’ featuring Will Hough, one half of this wonderful duo.

Ominous Cloud is the creation of Troy Stoner and Will Hough who seem to have put special thought and love into this project, considering how long it has taken them to release it.

I first heard their track “Fades” nearly two years ago along with some excellent drum ‘n’ bass tracks the duo produced. It didn't really catch my attention at the time. However, now as apart of the full album it fits as an integral part of a beautiful collection of tunes that will move you to adjust the volume, relax and groove.
